Job Summary
Responsible for recruiting a variety of positions, the full-time Direct Hire Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates for direct hire placements while working remotely, but must be based in Kansas City, St. Louis, Omaha, or Wichita.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client intake calls to assess needs and develop recruiting plans for sourcing talent
- Screen and interview candidates, conducting reference checks and managing candidate flow to meet production standards
- Maintain compliance with legal and company standards while documenting candidate and client information
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of business experience in a related field
- Proficiency in managing multiple recruiting resources and platforms
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal recruiting laws
- Experience in client relationship management and communication
- Ability to document and maintain accurate records in company systems
