Job Summary
Driving the strategy and execution of a new credit card acquisition channel, the full-time Direct Mail Acquisition Lead will manage Tilt's direct mail program, focusing on audience targeting, offer strategy, and performance analytics in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the direct mail strategy, including targeting approach and offer design
- Partner with credit teams to ensure direct mail delivers profitable customer acquisition
- Design and execute structured tests to continuously improve direct mail performance
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience running direct mail for lending products, preferably credit cards
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for evaluating funnel performance and unit economics
- Understanding of prescreened acquisition strategies and their intersection with credit policy
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing end-to-end channel execution
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence across multiple teams
