Job Summary
Owning and scaling the direct mail program, the full-time Direct Mail Acquisition Marketing Director will design the acquisition strategy, manage vendor relationships, and drive performance metrics in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement the end-to-end direct mail acquisition strategy with a clear roadmap for scale
- Manage data partnerships and collaborate with Data Science to develop propensity models
- Oversee creative strategy and testing, ensuring alignment with performance data and budget targets
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of direct response marketing experience, with 5+ years in direct mail focused on user acquisition
- Proven expertise in managing in-house direct mail programs and data strategy
- Strong understanding of direct mail economics and creative strategy
- Experience operating as a senior individual contributor, setting and executing strategy autonomously
- Background in fintech or insurtech preferred, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools
