Job Summary
Direct Mail Marketing Lead, responsible for leading the strategy and execution of a direct mail program to drive customer acquisition and growth, working full-time in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the direct mail strategy, including targeting, offer design, and testing roadmap
- Partner with credit to ensure profitable customer acquisition through direct mail campaigns
- Design and execute structured tests to continuously improve campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running direct mail for lending products, preferably credit cards
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for analyzing performance metrics
- Understanding of prescreened acquisition strategies and marketing-credit policy intersection
- Highly autonomous with strong organizational skills for end-to-end channel execution
- Results-focused mindset with a strong inclination towards experimentation and measurable outcomes
