Job Summary

Direct Mail Marketing Lead, responsible for developing and executing the direct mail strategy to drive customer acquisition and growth for the card business in a full-time remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the direct mail strategy, including targeting, offer design, and testing roadmap
  • Partner with credit teams to ensure profitable customer acquisition through direct mail
  • Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including planning, vendor coordination, and performance analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with direct mail for lending products, preferably credit cards
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and performance evaluation
  • Understanding of prescreened acquisition strategies and their intersection with credit policy
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage execution of an end-to-end channel
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and measurable outcomes
