Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Direct Response Copy & Offer Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consumer research to understand buyer motivations and pain points
• Craft and optimize compelling offers tailored to personal grooming devices and accessories
• Create persuasive, conversion-focused copy and collaborate on visual and content strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct-response copywriting experience in personal care, health, beauty, or consumer products
• Proven track record of crafting high-converting offers and landing pages for eCommerce brands
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behavior in personal care and beauty
• Experience running and interpreting conversion optimization tests (A/B, multivariate)
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating strategies and collaborating cross-functionally
