Direct to Consumer Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct to Consumer - Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance of team sales goals while managing individual sales production pipeline
• Provide feedback on pipeline opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience
• Mentor and coach team members while coordinating training needs for new and existing staff

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing preferred
• 5+ years of recent mortgage-related experience
• 2+ years of Direct Consumer Business experience, preferably as a loan officer
• 2+ years of coaching and mentorship experience
• Experience with Loan Origination systems and knowledge of qualified mortgage regulations
