Job Summary
Supporting the FAA's Directives Management Officer, the full-time Directives Coordinator will coordinate project activities, manage tracking systems, and assist with publications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates directives projects and acts as the primary point of contact for project advice and consent
- Manages information entry and tracking using SharePoint and monitors the AFB-120 Directives Mailbox for incoming tasks
- Reviews and processes FS Directives and related documents, ensuring compliance and facilitating stakeholder review and approval
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 applications and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to navigate FS publications guidance and apply relevant processes
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility compliance
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required for background check clearance
