Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team responsible for GAAP financial results preparation
- Managing preparation of statutory statements for insurance regulators
- Leading efforts to automate processes and optimize results
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA certification
- 8+ years of accounting/auditing experience, including in Life Insurance
- Experience with Workday, Wings, Blackline, and Workiva (wDesk) preferred
- Bold strategic thinker with strong team skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve accounting and operational issues
