Director, Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

To support Tubi's Ad Sales and Growth business units, the full-time Director, Associate General Counsel will structure, draft, review, and negotiate various digital advertising and technology agreements while collaborating cross-functionally and providing strategic guidance to internal clients, with the option to work remotely from any US-based location or from offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York.

Key responsibilities:

• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a range of digital advertising and advertising technology agreements
• Provide contractual and strategic guidance to internal clients, balancing business objectives with risk mitigation
• Collaborate with colleagues to establish best practices and templates for digital advertising matters

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of legal experience in an established law firm and an entertainment, media, advertising, or technology company
• Experience negotiating and drafting technology and/or commercial agreements
• Familiarity with digital advertising terms and data agreements
• JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
• Strong drafting skills and exceptional relationship management abilities
