Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Behavioral Care (Part Time) position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and evolve existing Behavioral Health program and operations
• Lead a large team of therapists and care counselors
• Oversee Therapy supervision program and ensure high-quality long-term mental health care

Required Qualifications:

• Board-certified Psychologist with 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in Clinical Leadership roles in technology environments
• Experience managing clinicians and emphasizing performance management and clinical outcomes
• Passion for reimagining behavioral health quality and merging technology with healthcare
• Trained in evidence-based therapies and measurement-based care practices
