A company is looking for a Director, Benefits and Wellbeing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global benefits function and manage benefits and well-being strategy, programs, and policies
• Oversee relationships with third-party consultants, brokers, and vendors
• Provide consultative advice on benefits strategy and policy to leaders and HR business partners

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in designing and managing global employee benefit programs
• 3+ years experience with well-being program development and deployment
• Experience with global benefits benchmarking and market practices
• Working knowledge of Workday
• Desire to grow and build a global benefits infrastructure
