Director Business Development Finance

Job Summary

Leading financial modeling and investment analysis, the full-time Director Business Development Finance will support external business development opportunities and internal strategic projects in a remote capacity for a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop rigorous financial models and analyses to evaluate and structure business development opportunities
• Provide clear, decision-ready financial insights to senior leaders regarding strategic rationale and value creation
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Business Development Leads and finance leaders, to ensure strategic and value-accretive transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; equivalent experience accepted
• MBA or Master's degree preferred
• Experience in investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, or consulting with exposure to transaction execution
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles; experience with deal structures preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred; Animal Health experience is a plus
