Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Salesforce CRM
• Lead and mentor a team specializing in Salesforce to achieve departmental goals
• Oversee Salesforce development, integration, implementation, maintenance, and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of leadership experience in business systems development, with a focus on Salesforce CRM
• Experience in Sage Intacct preferred, healthcare/healthtech systems experience a plus, and familiarity with Talkdesk and Twilio advantageous
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and strong project management skills
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment and aligning Salesforce initiatives with business objectives
