Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and lead solar loan and/or tax equity project financings
- Develop and manage cross-functional deal teams for efficient execution
- Create best-in-class structures to optimize margins and expand investor base
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
- 10+ years' project finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in tax equity
- Proven track record working on complex transactions with rating agencies
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and lead a team in a fast-moving environment
- Experience presenting to and working with senior leadership
