Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/VP, Capital Markets for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead capital markets activities including capital raising and execution
Oversee financial modeling for tax equity and debt funding
Negotiate and execute financing transactions with external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; master's or MBA a plus
8-10+ years of experience in banking or capital markets; solar industry experience preferred
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape
Proven track record of working on complex financial transactions
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
