Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Claims Business Consulting - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with operational issues and support strategic development
• Consult on service of middle market accounts and act as a liaison between Claims and business partners
• Lead a team supporting service of middle market accounts and provide guidance on technical issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ten years of commercial claims, managerial, and project management experience
• Insurance designations (i.e. AIC, CPCU, ARM) strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of business partner systems and claim systems
• Communication at the executive level and presentation skills
