Director Client Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first class account management to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and support
• Manage annual revenue retention and growth for the client portfolio
• Deliver marketing campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement for client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role in healthcare consulting or services
• Demonstrated history of exceeding performance metrics with clients
• Experience in growing business and exceeding ARR through sales and renewals
• Background working with executive level clients and complex contracting agreements
• Understanding of telehealth, wellness, or nutrition space is a plus
