Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions and communications
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the organization and with external teams

• Prior client management experience with a proven track record of client satisfaction
• 5 years of experience in managing and leading people and teams
