Director Clinical Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client-based projects, including new client implementations and operational/system integration projects
• Develop client project plans, lead implementation activities, and ensure projects adhere to timelines
• Coordinate client interviews, education sessions, and technical workflow discussions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or work equivalent
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within Hospital Revenue Cycle space
• Experience in Hospital Utilization Management, Case Management, CDI and Coding, and Revenue Cycle Operations
• Experience with data exchange, hospital system/workflow technical builds, and MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 3+ years of healthcare project management/implementation experience
