Director Clinical Operations - RN BSN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire and build a high-performing Care Leadership Team
• Attract and mentor talented Clinical staff
• Collaborate with leadership on business and financial planning for the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in the telehealth space, ideally in CCM and RPM
• 7+ years direct leadership experience
• Active healthcare license or certificate. RN, BSN preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years experience with forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning
