Job Summary

An international company is seeking an experienced Director of Community Ops to lead and manage operations for Customer Trust in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for complex case types in Trust & Safety and Customer Experience
  • Track and achieve performance metrics and KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to coordinate relevant work and deliver on projects
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in online safety, moderation, or customer service, with 5+ years of management experience
  • Expertise in creating and developing large operational teams
  • Familiarity with cultural considerations and nuances in the Asia Pacific region
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and execution
  • Ability to manage workload and respond to high-profile incidents while maintaining work-life balance
