Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compliance Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all areas of the Compliance Program
• Develop and promote a culture of compliance across the organization
• Oversee internal audits and drive regulatory audits in collaboration with subject matter experts

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Compliance leadership role
• Prior relevant experience in healthcare organizations with multi-state footprint
• Deep knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare compliance
• Proven ability to work cross functionally and with senior leadership
• Ability to assess and prioritize risks and work with stakeholders on mitigation plans
