Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive positive business impact for the portfolio of accounts and team performance
  • Communicate team vision, upskill team development, and prioritize internal initiatives
  • Advocate for the team across the organization, drive strategic initiatives, and support team planning

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic consulting, analytics, or deploying SaaS products to Life Sciences customers
  • Experience in managing high-performance teams and customer success processes
  • Track record in leading Customer Success teams in life sciences or healthcare in a cross-functional environment
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and managing successful renewals
  • Engaging presentation skills and experience leading strategic projects
