Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success - Enterprise Service Tier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue targets for assigned book of business
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with strategic customers
- Work with internal teams to address strategic challenges and improve effectiveness of the solution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 7-10 years of professional experience in revenue cycle or electronic health records
- People management experience in sales or customer service/support role
