Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue targets for assigned book of business
  • Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with strategic customers
  • Work with internal teams to address strategic challenges and improve effectiveness of the solution

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in revenue cycle or electronic health records
  • People management experience in sales or customer service/support role
