Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Customer Success Management for the Americas East region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Set, measure, and analyze metrics for success, hiring, and team growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, workflows, and customer issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
  • Experience in devising and implementing SaaS customer activation strategies
  • Experience setting and managing KPIs, growth plans, and driving efficiencies
  • Technical knowledge within modern application development and deployment
  • Experience working in an asynchronous communication environment
