Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Customer Success Operations in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support CCO and CS leadership team in operational tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and execute customer success strategy aligned with company goals
  • Utilize data analytics to improve customer retention and upselling

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years experience in customer success operations or leadership roles
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise space and customer success tools like Gainsight and SFDC
  • Experience scaling CS operations in organizations 100M+
  • Strong financial system knowledge and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce, CS Tooling, project management tools, and Zendesk preferred
