Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Support Division including Technical Support, Order Entry, and Billing Teams
- Champion technology & automation improvements for customer satisfaction and resolution times
- Manage, hire, and retain a modern SaaS Customer Support team
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Customer Support leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading US & Offshore teams and managing Offshore vendor selection
- Experience with automated support functions, chatbot technology, and KPI implementation
- Experience in building repeatable playbooks and managing large customer cohorts
- Prior experience leading remotely is a plus
