Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Deal Desk - Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic direction and execution of all aspects of deals
Review, approve and document all non-standard commercial terms
Assist EU Deal Desk team in deal structuring, contract reviews, approvals, and deal priority management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or related field
8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, structuring, negotiating, and pricing in B2B SaaS organizations
Strong experience of deal structure and negotiation, and revenue recognition for SaaS and on-prem solutions
Successful experience negotiating standard and non-standard SaaS deals of international complexity
Experience in sales with identity, fraud, or risk-focused software solutions preferred
