Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Delivery Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive improvement of pre-existing Delivery-based systems and processes
- Oversee Delivery-related documentations' accessibility and compliance
- Develop and enhance Delivery documentation to centralize knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in technology-related roles, with at least 5+ years in management
- 5+ years' background in successful Salesforce implementation, transformation, and/or administration
- Proven track record of strategic initiative, process optimization, and project execution
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and managerial skills
