Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Employee Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute internal communication plan supporting strategic objectives and enhancing employee engagement
  • Manage production and distribution of internal communication materials and support internal events
  • Measure effectiveness of internal communication activities and provide feedback for improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in internal communication or corporate communication
  • Proven track record of successful internal communication strategies and building trust with senior leaders
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
