Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Employee Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication plan supporting strategic objectives and enhancing employee engagement
- Manage production and distribution of internal communication materials and support internal events
- Measure effectiveness of internal communication activities and provide feedback for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in internal communication or corporate communication
- Proven track record of successful internal communication strategies and building trust with senior leaders
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
