Director Fair Banking Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Fair and Responsible Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of FLRB professionals and act as a liaison with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business personnel
• Establish enterprise-level policy and governance for Fair Banking and UDAAP Compliance
• Participate in regulatory exams, execute testing and monitoring plans, and oversee special projects

Required Qualifications:

• Seven plus years of fair lending and responsible banking experience at a large financial institution, with at least three years in a leadership role
• In-depth experience across multiple lending and depository products
• Applied experience in fair lending risk assessments, testing methodologies, analytics, and disparate impact analysis
• Substantial knowledge of compliance laws and regulations
• Ability to communicate and work with regulatory agencies and manage implementation of regulatory requirements
