Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational needs around scaling processes, systems, and tools for the Finance organization
Define long-term strategy, drive prioritization, and collaborate on the Financial systems roadmap
Develop and lead projects from ideation through to implementation

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Finance/Accounting/Revenue operations experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Excellent understanding of Accounting & Revenue principles and operational business processes
Proven track record of building strong partnerships with IT organizations on system enhancements
Experience with Salesforce and Workday Financials preferred
