Director Fund Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Fund Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of fund accountants, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Ensure timely and accurate fund administration service delivery, client satisfaction, and invoice collection
• Oversee year-end audit processes, identify areas for team efficiency improvements, and collaborate with other departments for new service offerings

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, real estate, or hedge funds
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing fund accounting teams
• Passion for training and coaching entry-level talent
• Strong client and relationship management skills
• Operational mindset with a focus on building scalable processes
