Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and execute 3YP, guide financial planning, and manage customer escalations
  • Own sales, profit, and inventory results, manage client relationships, and drive site efficiency
  • Ensure contract renewals, maintain client programs, and track risks for business reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience
  • Expert knowledge of operations, technical skills, and customer relationship management
  • Detailed expertise in functional/technical areas or broad knowledge in multiple areas
  • Understanding of the strategic impact of the function across sites
