Director Global Diversity Inclusion Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with the Chief Diversity Officer and leadership team to propose data driven solutions that enable organizational progress on GD&I
• Lead a team of professionals responsible for analyzing data to draw insights and conclusions that enable business decisions on D&I for all facets of talent life cycle
• Integrate across the Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Line organizations as a thought leader with in-depth knowledge of the business and its data landscape

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, HR, Finance, or related field AND 7+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience
• 7+ years' progressive work experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving improved decision-making and outcomes; HR experience preferred
• 4+ years of management experience with a passion for leading teams and developing talent
• MA degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, or Finance preferred
• In-depth experience with Excel including pivot tables, lookups, graphing and charting functionality and being passionate about technology
