Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Global Employee Relations & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global Employee Relations & Compliance team in areas such as Global Performance Management and HR Compliance
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders and People Business Partner team to foster a high-trust culture
- Develop strong global processes to ensure fair and consistent employee experience
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree, law degree, or specialized training in employment law, compliance, or risk mitigation
- Minimum 8 years of international employee relations and compliance experience
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
- Experience supporting international employees and processes
- Demonstrated sound judgment and risk assessment skills
