Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Employee Relations & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global Employee Relations & Compliance team in areas such as Global Performance Management and HR Compliance
  • Provide strategic guidance to business leaders and People Business Partner team to foster a high-trust culture
  • Develop strong global processes to ensure fair and consistent employee experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree, law degree, or specialized training in employment law, compliance, or risk mitigation
  • Minimum 8 years of international employee relations and compliance experience
  • Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
  • Experience supporting international employees and processes
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and risk assessment skills
