Director, Global Partner Leader

Job Summary

Leading a transformative partnership, the full-time Director, Global Partner Leader will architect and manage a multi-directional, AI-powered collaboration between ServiceNow and Wipro, focusing on revenue growth and innovative solution development in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and accelerate revenue targets through strategic collaboration and pipeline expansion initiatives
• Embed AI into partnership operations and decision-making, identifying opportunities for scalable, automated solutions
• Drive co-innovation and joint business planning, establishing governance frameworks and aligning senior leaders across organizations

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leading strategic partnerships with large Global System Integrators or similar entities in a SaaS or enterprise technology context
• Proven track record of driving transformational change and innovation within complex organizations
• Experience in designing multi-directional partnership models involving various ecosystem players
• Strong financial acumen with a history of managing multi-million-dollar joint business plans
• Deep understanding of Wipro's operational model and value creation processes
