Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Government Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage state healthcare contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead contract renewal activities and oversee implementation of new standards
- Identify new business opportunities and bid opportunities for the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in managed care, with 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of State Health Department laws and Medicaid policies
- Experience in assessing and implementing new program requirements
- Preferred degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
