Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Go-To-Market Programs and Processes - Lead to Cash.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product ownership of critical GTM processes including Billing & Invoicing and Contracting
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and success metrics for efficient, automated workflows
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to align processes from Quote to Revenue Recognition
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in GTM Operations, L2C transformation, or Revenue Operations
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments
  • Cross-functional program leadership experience across Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT
  • Deep expertise in quoting, contracting, and billing processes
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, CLM, ERP/Billing, and RevRec tools
