Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, GTM Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Business Systems roadmap, execute process improvement initiatives
• Align internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership
• Manage budget and relationships with tech stack partners, including third-party consultants

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience, with 3+ leading a Business Systems or GTM systems team
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau
• Experience operating effectively with a lean Revenue Operations team and cross-functional teams
• Integration Experience: experience maintaining and building integrations
• Experience developing and leading systems evaluation processes
