Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Systems and Tools Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for sales systems and tools programs
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of sales systems and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of success in program management with at least 7 years of experience in managing sales systems and tools programs
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
