Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement controls and measures for accurate and timely billing and collections
• Manage denials management of claims and perform root cause analysis
• Coordinate efforts with organizational leaders to ensure a positive client experience and improve workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting or 7 years equivalent experience in healthcare business-oriented industry
• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare billing and revenue cycle and experience with quality management required
• 3+ years of experience with medical billing of specialty pharmacy products, payer contracting, and general Pharmacy Billing practices
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing Revenue Cycle teams
