Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Implementation and Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand client relationships through policy consultation and thought leadership
Manage project delivery teams responsible for project execution and analysis
Utilize data analysis methods to support the development of health policy

Required Qualifications:

Masters or Ph.D. in health services research, public health, economics, or related field
8+ years of experience in research, consulting, or business environment
Experience in managing project teams and advising clients
Extensive knowledge of healthcare data/payment concepts and federal health policy issues
Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid payment methodologies
