Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the strategy and roadmap to connect learning and development with business priorities across leaders and employees
  • Collaborate across the People Team to create seamless end-to-end learning experiences for cohesion with HRBPs inputs, Employee Relations and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify, select, onboard, and manage vendor partners to execute on learning priorities

Required Qualifications:
  • 6-8+ years of hands-on experience building scalable learning & development in a high-growth company
  • Expertise building programs focused on manager, leadership development and scaling programs
  • Fluent in data extraction, analysis and storytelling, with experience in demonstrating ROI on L&D programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and design techniques
  • Experience consulting with business leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing relationships and being seen as a strategic partner
