Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Legal Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and negotiate various contracts with clients and third parties
Provide legal advice and counsel to business teams and oversee contract lifecycle process
Maintain corporate governance functions and conduct legal research on regulatory matters

Required Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in at least one state and in good standing with a state bar
Minimum of five years of experience in-house or at a law firm
Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and understanding risk shifting provisions
Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Experience with real estate, technology, or marketing agreements is a plus
