Director Macroeconomic Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Macroeconomic Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, author papers, and provide commentary on government data releases
• Develop and execute program strategy, lead a team, and collaborate with internal and external partners
• Oversee product pipeline, manage research and writing of fellows, and represent the organization's program work

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in economics or related field preferred
• Deep knowledge of macroeconomic policy and experience in fiscal and monetary policy communication
• Demonstrated success in managing researchers and collaborating across organizational teams
• Passion for the organization's mission and strategy
• Ability to articulate clear goals, strategies, and deliverables for program work
