A company is looking for a Director, Medical Economics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Medical Economics team in developing strategies to manage and mitigate medical costs trend
Collaborate with cross-functional senior leaders to identify cost-saving action plans
Analyze pharmacy and medical claim data, define priorities, and implement timely solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
6+ years of medical economics and/or analytics experience
Experience in trend analytics and Health Outcomes & Savings analysis
7+ years of experience in complex managed care or health care organizations
Strong collaboration and influential skills to manage cross-functional teams
