Job Summary
Leading a strategic marketing function, the remote Director of ABM Marketing will own and evolve the 1:1 ABM strategy for top enterprise accounts, drive high-touch executive engagement programs, and align marketing investments with enterprise pipeline priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the 1:1 ABM strategy for top enterprise accounts
- Lead biweekly ABM account strategy sessions with Enterprise Sales
- Oversee planning and execution of high-touch executive programs tied to deal advancement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant experience in Enterprise ABM
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience building or leading a true 1:1 ABM program
- Strong partnership experience with Enterprise Sales organizations
- Proven ability to evolve a team from execution-oriented to strategically driven
