Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and develop a comprehensive advising strategy to support student success and retention
• Supervise and mentor a team of academic advisors, ensuring effective service delivery and professional development
• Utilize data analytics to assess advising effectiveness and improve student outcomes through evidence-based practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Three to five years of professional experience in academic advising or a related area
• At least three years of experience supervising or leading professional staff
• Demonstrated knowledge of academic advising practices and student retention strategies
• Experience working with diverse student populations and institutional systems
